Accounting Day is a professional networking event designed to connect Rotman Commerce students with midsized accounting firms, regional practices, and academic CPA pathway programs, including graduate diploma and master’s-level options. The event provides students with the opportunity to explore different accounting pathways, from assurance, tax, and advisory, to programs that support their CPA journey. Through direct conversations with firm representatives and program directors, students can gain insight into recruitment opportunities, firm culture, CPA support, career progression, and postgraduate academic pathways. The goal of the event is for students to have a better understanding of the accounting landscape and make more informed career choices.
